Vortex 98 Promotion

1. This competition is open to all people, except employees, contractors and agents of participating retailers and organizers and their immediate families.

2. Participation in the competition implies acceptance of the conditions of entry.

3. Valid entry forms are obtainable upon purchasing any Vortex 98 fuel at any of the Caltex sites – Garbutt, Kirwan, Pimlico, Charters Towers, Ayr and Bowen whereby one (1) entry only is allowable per each transaction total.

4. Under no circumstances can any trader or individual(s) intentionally divide sales to allow for an extra entry form.

5. A purchase that cannot be proved valid will be deemed exempt from receiving an entry form at the discretion of the trader.

6. Only original entry forms can be entered into the draw.

7. Only one name and address is accepted per ticket.

8. Pooling entries is not permitted under any circumstances.

9. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. There will be 3 draws in total. Draw 1 will run from the 7th November 2011 till the 6th December 2011. Draw 2 will run from the 7th of December 2011 till the 6th of January 2012. Draw 3 will run from the 7th of January 2012 till the 6th of Feburary 2012.

11. Draw 1 will be drawn on the 12th December. Draw 2 will be drawn on the 12th January. Draw 3 will be drawn at 13th Febuary. All draws will take place at Tropic Distributors Head Office in Townsville.

12. The winner will be notified by 5pm on the date of the Draw by David Scott.

13. Total Prize Pool consists of $3000 Star Cash.

14. The prize is not redeemable or exchangeable.

15. Prize-winners agree to participate in any publicity Tropic Distributors requires. By accepting a prize, prize-winners automatically grant Tropic Distributors the right to use their proper names and/or images without further permission or financial compensation to any person, for any promotional purposes unless prohibited by law.
