Mentos Prize Package Promotion
1. This competition is open to all people, except employees,
contractors and agents of participating retailers and
organizers and their immediate families.
2. Participation in the competition implies acceptance
of the conditions of entry.
3. Valid entry forms are obtainable upon purchasing
a Mentos product instore at any of the Caltex sites
– Garbutt, Kirwan, Pimlico, Charters Towers, Ingham,
Tully, Ayr and Bowen whereby one (1) entry only is allowable
per each transaction total.
4. Under no circumstances can any trader or individual(s)
intentionally divide sales to allow for an extra entry
form.
5. A purchase of a Mentos product instore that cannot
be proved valid will be deemed exempt from receiving
an entry form at the discretion of the trader.
6. Only original entry forms can be entered into the
draw.
7. Only one name and address is accepted per ticket.
8. Pooling entries is not permitted under any circumstances.
9. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence
will be entered into.
10. The promotion will commence on the 1st of September
2009 and continue until 30th of September 2009.
11. Winners will be drawn at 11am on 7th October 2009
at Tropic Distributors, 131 Denham Street, Townsville.
12. The winner will be notified by phone by 5pm on
7th October 2009.
13. Prize must be collected from Tropic Distributors,
131 Denham Street, Townsville or nominated outlet by
5pm on 9th October 2009. At 5.01pm on 9th October 2009
if the prize has not been collected or has been turned
down by the winner, Tropic Distributors have the right
to redraw immediately.
14. Photo ID must be presented in order for the winner
to receive their prize. If photo ID is not presented,
tickets cannot be released.
15. Prize consists of a 1GB IPod Shuffle and one Mentos
IPod Docking station for each of the Caltex sites -
Garbutt, Kirwan, Pimlico, Charters Towers, Ingham, Tully,
Ayr and Bowen (8 prize packages in total).
16. The prize is not redeemable or exchangeable.
